District 4-1 announces All-District teams
Congratulations to all the St. Tammany Parish teams which qualified for and participated in the LHSAA Volleyball State playoffs this year. The All-District Team for District 4-I has been announced. Mandeville's Caroline Haase was voted the District MVP. Haase recorded 177 kills and 28 blocks during district play. Haase also pulled up 85 digs and served 14 aces.
The District 4-I First Team included two players from the Fontainebleau Lady Bulldogs district champion squad, including Madison Heath and Megan Zulli. The Lady Bulldogs went undefeated winning the district crown at 12-0 under first-year coach Kacie Mule. Northshore's Lady Panthers also placed two players on the First Team with Kacie Brandt and Hailey Kirkpatrick being recognized. Ponchatoula's Ashley Knaps and Sydney Sziber also made First Team along with Mandeville's Ali LeBlanc.
The District 4-I Second Team included Fontainebleau's Nora Bloemer and Sadie Hocke. Northshore had two representatives including Adora Anadi and freshman Hannah Epperley. Mandeville's Sarah Rinaudo, Slidell freshman Jaslyn Bright and Ponchatoula's Schuylar Ramsey rounded out the Second team.
