district play taking a close five-set match from a quality SSA Doves' squad on the road. SSA won the first two games, 25-20, 25-13, before Lakeshore battled back, taking the next three, 25-21, 25-15, 15-4.
Lakeshore's Erin Schenck and Skylar Pepper delivered six kills each, while Kacey Freeman
added 5. Freeman also pulled up 29 digs for the Lady Titans. Madison Loup finished with four kills, while Madison Grapp had 21 assists. Raven Daniels posted 5 blocks for the Lady Titans, who moved to 28-6 on
the season.
SSA, 17-10 on the year, is 3-2 in district play, with both losses coming at the hands of Lakeshore. SSA's Gabby Chaix powered down 12 kills with 3 blocks. Maddie Morris connected for 9 kills with 9 digs, while Jessica Lucia collected 8 kills, 3 aces and 2 blocks. Emma Estapa delivered 33 assists with 8 digs for the Doves. Natalie Helm contributed 7 digs, 5 blocks and two kills, while Madeline Luke netted 8 digs. Ellen
