Saints resign cornerback Chris Carr

The Saints resigned corner back Chris Carr, who was a late cut released during their final
training camp cuts.
Carr, 30, a nine veteran, signed with the Saints in mid-June and had a strong training camp.
The Saint's secondary became the latest injury casualty as Patrick Robinson went down suffering
a knee injury against Tampa Bay in Sunday's 16-14 come-from-behind victory.
In another roster move, the Saints once again re-signed wide receiver Andy Tanner, this time to the practice squad. To make room for Tanner, the Saints cut fullback Austn Johnson.
The 2-0 Saints hope to build on their early season momentum and luck, hosting the 1-1
Arizona Cardinals, who evened their record with a 25-21 victory over the Detroit Lions.
The Cardinals secondary features former LSU players Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu, The Honey Badger..
Sunday's kickoff is set for noon in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
