SSA sweeps East Jefferson in volleyball

In local volleyball action, the St. Scholastica Academy Doves swept East Jefferson, 25-10,
25-15, 25-7 yesterday with Jessica Lucio leading the way with 11 kills. Natalie Helm chipped in
with five kills and three blocks. Emma Estapa delivered 21 assists and five aces, while
Madeline Luke added seven aces with five digs. SSA 24-14 and 6-2 in district closes out its
regular season Saturday traveling to Country Day.
