Fontainebleau's Bulldogs dropped their district opener Tuesday falling to Hammond 61-47 in The Kennel.. The Bulldogs trailed 20-4 early, but rallied back to pull within seven points with 3:45 to play. Fontainebleau's Colin Buttone topped the Dawgs with 14 points and eight rebounds. Buttone also came up with a steal and an assist. Justen Mascaro chipped in with nine points and seven rebounds followed by Logan Thompson with eight points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals. Fontainebleau returns to District 6-5A action tomorrow night on the road battling the Mandeville Skippers.
