The New Orleans Pelicans dropped their fifth straight game Saturday night falling to the Dallas Mavericks 110-107. The Pelicans 15-21 wasted a superb effort by Anthony Davis, who registered a double-double with 28 points and 14 rebounds. Eric Gordon added 20 points for the injury plagued Pelicans. Tonight the Pels return to action hosting the front running San Antonio Spurs, who enter at 29-8.
